About me; I am eight of ten children. my parents were married fifty years until May of 2006 and I lost my mother. I was born and raised in Kansas City Missouri; living in Texas now for ten years. Single now but have been married twice, two children from first marriage; one boy ,one girl. My son was shot and killed in 1999 he was 14 , my daughter is 20 now the light of my life. growing up; school wasn't a big thing for me, dropped out in the tenth grade went to work as a carpenter and have been doing it every since. I am 44 years old, I don't have a favorite book or writer, and I am not sure how to explain my writing except the day after 9/11 God gave me a poem called Lady Liberty and I have been writing every since, had never written anything in my life before that time and had no desire to, but God has been giving them to me every since.
