When my youngest son was eighteen months old, I took a correspondence course at the Institute of Children's Literature where I learned to write for children, teenagers, and adults. After receiving my diploma, I wrote a short story and several creative articles that were published in the newspapers around the local New England area. I now live in Northern Indiana with my husband and two dogs named Scruffy and Xena and we also have four adult children and seven grand children living in other different parts of the US.
