I have always been amazed at how authors have come up with their story lines. During my college years in the 60's, the hippie movement was in full swing, and esoterics were hot topics on the campuses, and mine college was no different. Up to that point in time, creative writing was an enigma to me....I literally struggled to produce creative stories in English classes in high school, and it was not much better during my first two years at Lewis and Clark College in Portland, OR. I really enjoyed science fiction stories by the likes of Robert Heinlin, and later on, Frank Herbert...and when I came across Jane Roberts and her stories about Oversoul Seven, something inside clicked and I began to write short stories for mandatory classes needed to graduate. The present stories I am publishing have grown out of this initial creative spurt, but were not produced all at once...it is for me as Richard Baach declared...I did not think at all, the story just flows out of me, and I have a hard time trying to transcribe my thoughts quickly enough to get the entire concept in print before it fades...only to return again once I returned to reading and editing! Jane Roberts works and her philosophy stirred my soul, in essence, to add my two cents worth as well. I want to thank all of you who have taken the time to read my work and hope you will enjoy it as much as I have producing it!
