My real name is Hannah, I started writing poetry when I was in my final year of university and it really helped me get through a tough patch in my life. I discovered that I actually love writing and have some positive feedback from my friends, which is nice and everything but I feel its a little biased. They are my friends afterall, so now I want some proper honest feedback about my writing. I dont just write poetry anymore, I am working on a book and write short stories children (although they generally rhyme the whole way through so are technically poems I guess).
I currently work in a children's home which is where I get a lot of inspiration from becasue of having to carry so many of the children's emotions for them. But I also find inspiration for writing in the most random places and try to always be aware of my surroundings and what could make a good poem!
