I'm a 55-year-old guy who has learned over the years that men and women really do not even come close to understanding each other. In Dear John, I do not (and this is a promise) attempt to tell women how they think or feel or what they want.
What I am doing is attempting to explain how men think! I can't always explain why, but I'll tell it the way I see it. My goal is to shed a little light and understanding on relationships. Hey, maybe I'll save a marriage or help a woman feel a little less confused about what is normal -- even if bizarre -- behavior in her guy.
