Hi Everyone!
My name is Karen. I’m a 40-year-old single parent. My daugher is 15. She was adopted by, and now lives with my parents. (Long story there...) My son, Johnathan is 6 this year. He rides in the truck with me and does some independent learning stuff while I drive.
I quit a $30/hr job writing up systems documentation and got my CDL back. Now I'm driving a truck for a living.

What time did you get up this morning? 4:30am dis some work, went back to bed at 5am and got up again at 8:30am

What was the last film you saw at the cinema? Hichhiker's Guide to the Galaxy
What is your favorite TV show? Star Trek, touched by an Angel, or Charmed. Depends on my mood.
What did you have for breakfast? A stick of trident...tropical twist flavor
What's your favorite music/band? Dan Folgelberg, Fresh Aire
What is your favorite cuisine? Fresh fruit, tacos, or Chinese stir-fry
What is/are your favorite movie(s)? A Knight's Tale, Working Girl
What is your favorite potato chip? Pringles sour cream & onion
What is your favorite CD at the moment? Gave up CD's for mp3's and an iPod
What kind of car do you drive? Geo Metro, when I'm not in the truck (Freightliner Century)
What is your favorite sandwich? Arby's fresh market chicken salad
What characteristics do you despise? Stupid pointless bullheadedness
What are your favorite clothes? Sweats & a T or sweatshirt depending on weather
If you could go anywhere in the world on vacation, where would you go? Redwood Forest in Northern California
What color is your bathroom? Bathroom? I drive a truck...look out the window.
Favorite brand of clothing? Walmart...that is a brand, isn't it?
Where would you want to retire? Tennesee, Oregon, Washington, or Northern California
What is your favorite time of day? Early mornings, because everything is quite and I can think better before all the distractions of the day start.
Where were you born? Los Angeles County, CA - lived there for 2 months.
Favorite sport to watch? Gymnastics, syncronized swimming, biking and running. (Got to love those runner's legs!)

What is your best childhood memory? Riding my bike and exploring the neighborhood
What are the different jobs you have had in your life? student, litter patrol, fast food, soldier, dishwasher, waitress, prep cook, security guard, housekeeper, assembly line worker, secretary (er, administrative assistant I mean), truck driver, technical support, programmer, web designer, systems analyst, truck driver
What is your ideal date? One with a guy I actually like
Piercing? 2 holes in each ear, probably healed over by now...
Eye color? Blue when I'm happy, green when I'm upset.
Ever been to Africa? No, but I'd like to go someday.
Ever been toilet papering? Yes...our preacher's house.
Been in a car accident? Yes, lucky to be alive because a tree caught the car before it went over the cliff.
