I am 40yrs old and come from a family of 6 children... what I've learned most in this lifetime is that nothing is for certain and change is inevitable, and family is everything. I am the mother of 3 children myself. Kevin, my oldest son who is 21, and also one of my best friends... Jacquelyn, my daughter who is 11 and my 1 yr. old son Alexander who was born on 10-10. Don't ask me why their 10yrs appart as it wasn't my doing, but God's. I will say this though, I have been able to enjoy them, learn from them, see the world again through their eyes... and learn one of life's lessons... "Do not waste the gifts of life, take what is offered and enjoy it before it's season passes". I was married for 15yrs to the father of my two oldest and we divorced in 2001 because we couldn't seem get on the same page. I then married the love of my life, who is the father of my youngest. I've recently become a widow leaving me to pick up the pieces and move forward again taking with me precious memories of the past. We cannot change everything that happens in our lives, but we can change how we see them. :)
