The location for me:

A New England native, I still live there. Where, exactly? That's for me to know and for you to find out if I deem you worthy. Just kidding. But my exact location shall remain a mystery to those who refrain from "Googling" me.

The writer in me:

My writing has a fraternal outlet elsewhere. Feel free to read and comment on my ideas there as well as at the BN.

The better half of me:

My significant other, a lovely red-headed woman who calls herself Heather because that's the name her parents gave her, likes to tease me about all my blogging. She says it's cute. She also tells me that I am cute. If I only knew how to post pictures on this site, I'd upload a few to prove the veracity of her observations.

The intriguing side of the professional me:

I have both edited an internal newsletter and earned my Master of Science at a highly regarded, East Coast-based communication college, where I am now an adjunct professor of writing. High school students occasionally find themselves under my writing tutelage as well, receiving pointers on how to draft college admissions essays.

The other side of the professional me (a.k.a. my day gigs):

Comfortable working under tight deadlines, I write technical proposals for a New England-based environmental engineering firm, coordinating these documents' production. I have also worked in public relations to write collateral for high technology clients. As a news assistant at Harvard Medical School's Office of Public Affairs, I aggregated and summarized pertinent medical news stories every day for distribution to key internal constituencies.

And now for something completely gratuitous...a résumé all about me:
