“It’s only JEEMA which has boldly told Ugandans of what their country’s resources are capable of doing for them. In 1996 we told them the country could sustain free quality universal education. They let NRM grab the idea and it has messed up that concept. We can now promise that with our transparent and sincere management of the nation’s resources, we shall deliver welfare services to the country’s poor who cannot afford two health meals a day. This will increase purchasing power and spur the economy.”
