INT. - HOSPICE ROOM - DAY

JASON enters the room and sees EMILY lying on the bed.

EMILY

What are you doing here?

JASON

I heard you were sick.

EMILY

So you came to gloat?

JASON

Why would I do that?

EMILY

'Cause I once said I'd dance on your grave.

JASON

I almost forgot about that.  Was it gonna be the foxtrot or the waltz?

EMILY

The Irish jig.

JASON

I guess I would've deserved that.

EMILY

Twenty years of my life with you.  Wasted.

JASON

Come on.  Some of it was good.
