We often wonder why life is

such a rollercoaster ride.

So many ups and downs.

the hurdle is to pray.

Some don't know where they can

turn to for help.

Everybody needs good friends who will

stick by them - no matter what.

Most are lucky enough to find them.

Take the hard times day by day.

You sometimes need to dig deep

inside for strength.

Just remember to never lose sight

of who you are.

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF -

TRUST IN YOURSELF - AND

KEEP THE FAITH.
