I'm glad your foot is feeling better. You are right, celery does get iffy. I have had to soak mine in ice water to give it a new life. Stuffing, honey-glazed spiral ham, and fruit pies are my favorite foods to eat on Thanksgiving. I hope the snow holds off on that day since we have to drive up a large hill to get to our dinner destination. Enjoy your day.

I always like dirty celery it was pulled from a trench and was the best at Christmas.
A recliner sounds good I had a slider chair which I really liked ,but since my brother comes
down most days he nabs it. I would get another but the firm who made them no longer exists in Canada. Glad your foot is getting better. there does seem to be a lot of problems
with feet as one gets older.

If you want a recliner, I've noticed there are sales at Ashley furniture. Hope you find just the one you want, and your celery is as crisp and fresh as you like it. Sorry about the snow.
