FSI.....
Being as how I am a retired old woman and no one to tell me what to do, I get up when I wake up. I have not worn a watch or set a wake-up alarm since I retired twenty years ago.

I am a late Owl...it has been a plague all my life as I had to respect time frames for school work and etc. Now Jim also a night owl, we go to bed and watch Movies etc. until late.

I like to get up a 6.am but it usually 6-30 am. Of course I go to bed before 10 pm.

The early bird gets the worm. I enjoy the peaceful quiet of an early morning. It is the perfect time for reflecting on the day ahead.
