We also have a container for food waste things that one would not want to put in a compost bin It is incinerated and provides power. We pay for Green Bins used for Garden Waste and one for bottles. Lastly the rubbish bin. It is a lot of bins sometimes, but fires are frowned on I usually keep private stuff that I no longer need for Nov 5 Guy Fawkes only a small fire in a container. Air frost last night car's screens etc.

when my grandchildren were youngsters and I was staying with them for a visit, I would start a story. and leave notebook and pencil next to it. One of them would come along and add to the story and then another would. not so much the eldest but the younger two. We would keep the story growing for several days and it was such fun.

It was chilly this morning, so I finally gave in and turned on the furnace. I have it set at 72. It's supposed to be warm all week, so the heater will stay off until nighttime and mornings. We are headed out to the Laurel Highlands to check out the fall foliage. I plan to stop at the old haunted Stone House restaurant and order pig fries. They are to die for. It is a pile of crispy fries, topped with pulled pork and cheese. Enjoy your day.

Goldiec.....
.....When I got out of bed this morning I got cold in a hurry. So I am still wearing fuzzy slacks, long-sleeved fuzzy shirt, fuzzy socks and one of Pat_b's crocheted caps on my head. I will have to change later as it is supposed to get up into the eighties.
