Good Morning
This happens to me all the time. On many occasions my password is right and they still won't let me in. I really think it's their way of making us change our passwords. It is so time-consuming! My utilities are the worst. Sometimes I just pay by phone. I can't take the pressure.

Not sure if it is me aging but I find it more and more difficult to work my computer and Phone.

I can totally relate. It is frustrating. I am convinced that the internet and cell phones are a curse. I went through this with my online bill-paying accounts this morning. The utility companies encourage you to go green, so I no longer get the paper bills in the mail. So, I have set everything up online. The Pennsylvania American Water site was hacked, so I couldn't access my account, and my online cable site kept prompting me to make a new password because it didn't recognize my old one. 
I hope you get your issues worked out. I finally found a number to pay my water bill by phone after holding and being repeatedly transferred for 15 minutes.

Yep. The pre-internet days were less frustrating. Slower. But that's ok.

......There are definitely some downsides to using computers. Scammers and lock-outs and passwords....Oh My!

Everything one tries to do is palmed off to somewhere else. One phones up somewhere and is then told to phone somewhere else and then that number is not available. It is called progress.Take care.
