Well I have to think about  the first planting of flowers suitable for the cut flower trade.

The chap who helps me has a stall outside his house. Of course he would not be allowed to

run it but he and his wife contribute to a local Hospice and Air Ambulance.

One has to be careful because a lot of flowers as you may know were originated

In Monasteries and Nunneries and were used as a base for medicine etc.

I expect I am too much on the cautious side. As some are sold freely else where.

We have what is called a four seasons room at the back of this house. Three sides are all windows plus a door to the back yard. It has its own heating and cooling so I can enjoy out here on the coldest of days.I can hear the birds singing and chattering , the animals that come through. I love this room.

There is something rejuvenating about spring, and I love it.

Re: Bearcat.....

.....I love this post.  It has inspired me to rearrange my living room.  It has been the same way for twenty years.  I didn't realize how bored I was with it until I read about your Mother.
