Good morning
Superfoods are the bomb. I drink smoothies from Kencko. My brother the nutritionist sent them to me as a gift so that I could strengthen my immune system. I mix a variety of vegetables in with the greens, and different fruits in with the reds, blues, and purples.

Lucky thing we didn't have smoke detectors in the house where I grew up. Mama smoked like a chimney for one thing, and we had a wood burning cookstove for another, so it would have been sounding off every morning. Hope your weekend goes well.
