Actually I agree with FSI. I decided for myself when I was young that we get more like ourselves as we get older, unless dementia or something settles on us. I just get tired quickly now a days which makes it difficult to be bright company for many hours at a time.

I remember when I took psychology in college. The professor said, "Old people who were grumpy aren't grump because they're old; they're grumpy because they were already that way." That really stuck with me.

Being "young" to me is being blissfully ignorant, physically strong, and a bit gullible. But I had the same view you did of what old is. I am thankful for the widened perspective.

It's all relative I believe at 65 and to Mathusela we both babes. Lol
