Sherri, thanks for sharing this post. I rarely have heavy cream in the house. This would be perfect when I need it. I do have to buy some unsalted butter and keep it in the fridge for when I need it.

A slice of unsalted butter also tastes good in a cup of coffee along with the creamer. Calories be damned!
