Good morning

I haven't had French toast in years. I used to make my French toast stuffed with fruit or Nutella. I love recipes that use lots of eggs. I made a delicious mushroom and spinach crustless quiche a few days ago. Regular smile

Yes one has to make the best of things. Your recipe sounds very tasty.

I hope the bear does not come too close, it seems funny to have a bear

so near.

I think I'll make that in the morning.....

.....I have a half-dozen eggs that are not far from the "Best By..." date.

We used to have French toast - your egg-dipped and fried bread - for breakfast every once in a while when I was a kid. We poured a little syrup on it - yum. This was a fun post!
