Yes I had a watch but it kept malfunctioning, so I binned it .
I suppose you could walt for ten minutes count the steps and then
multiply it by an hour or so. Not very honorable, but that's life. 🌺🌺

My iWatch tracks my steps for me. Like you, I learned it was better not to constantly count or else I would be focusing too much on that.
