Re: Kabu, it one of my most requested meals during the cold months.

I blanch my peppers first for about 3 minutes in boiling water. I add ground beef, Italian sausage, a blend of Italian herbs, rice, onions, and garlic to mine. I top them with a chunky bolognese sauce and bake them for 45 minutes to an hour at 375. I serve them with garlic & rosemary mashed potatoes with a side of the bolognese sauce.

Sounds delicious. Wondering do you cook your peppers really well. Jim makes them occasionally, and having been married to a Greek man for many years and eating in Greece nearly every year during that life, I have loved stuffed Peppers. However Jim didn't cook the peppers long enough and I was violently sick, like poisoned. Now sadly I don't eat green peppers at all.
