FSI, I think change is hard for a lot of people. I'm hoping it will be good for business. I think having new construction going up in town is very good for the economy. If I was a lawyer I would want an office in the new building. I would want my office to have a big window so I could look out over the town while was thinking about a case. I may even notice my local car wash and plan on having my car washed after work. As you can see I have an active imagination. I hope you have a good night.

Well, sounds like the real estate value of Location A is even going to be higher in the future. To me, it's a win-win situation for you. At least, I hope so.

Tim Hortons
We have a new tim horotns in our small town. It has brought new business and making money for the town. But it has also closed down coffee shops that were charming and sweet. So you never really know,

Scarce parking is the worst. The little borough that I live in is currently dealing with this since so many new businesses are open downtown. That is a shame about your diner. They usually have the best old-school food. A new courthouse is sure to cost a mint, and it will bring in more parking issues due to its various services.
