Well I try to think at least those with the pain spare the loved one from such if the role was reversed.

I believe I have learned to cope with grief. After a period of time I may cry but it won't be more than once. When Dad and then Mum died I didn't cry for about three years and one day coming back from work just had to stop the car and cry and cry. With Wiley, I had one short cry after a year that is all. I miss him all the time, I think of my parents most days and since my First husband died two weeks after Wiley I miss him as well. After my mastectomy I learned to wake at 3.00am and go sit in the living room and cry myself out. it was private and I didn't want to share. Since then it has been difficult for me to cry.
