FSI, I'm so glad you were able to refinance after all the trouble you went through. I'm sure it was a very scary time. I hope you have a good evening. It got warmer here this afternoon which led to melting snow and Sadie playing in the garden where she became a muddy mess. She had to get a bath.

I've never tried to re-finance anything...
I'm not much on big business. I make do on a regular paycheck.

Recession, banks, debt, and loans are scary words when it comes to big business and their power to survive through it all. I'm happy to hear that you guys found the perfect plan that enabled you to survive through the hardest times.
