I am so happy to read Sadie is almost back to herself. My Cat before Mr. Graysome lived for twenty well almost but, her first year of her life she was always at the Vet. I was blessed in the fact he was young and just out of University and understood I was poor at that stage and hardly charged me anything. I am sure Sadie will grow stronger.

Taps, we used to have everyone here but now we go to my son Donnie's house. I still cook though and take the food there. I will keep some food here for snacks for everyone.

Sherri, the rain did hold off long enough for our new mailbox to be installed. It's awesome. Our new box is black and I ordered white lettering for our house numbers. I think it will look nice. Now we can open the box from the front and the back. The best part is when the wind blows our mailbox door won't open with the chance of the mail blowing away. I'm going to check out Mary Berg on Facebook. Thanks.

I used to do that....

...cook for everyone and make all kinds of fancy things and have everyone over for holidays. Good memories, lots of fun...no good for anything the day after.

Good morning

Good morning. The Pioneer Woman is one of my many favorites too. I also love watching Mary Berg. She is a Canadian cook who has a cooking show called Good Stuff. You can find her on Facebook too. I love her recipes. Right now, I have Trisha Yearwood on pause. We recently got a new mailbox installed. I wanted one that matched the year of our house which was built in 1910. It has a Dove in flight on the front of it. I hope that the weather holds out for you long enough to get yours installed. 📪 📫

I have a fast, easy and delicious recipe for pecan tarts if you want it. My family & friends love them, and they freeze well. Poor Sadie - good to hear she is feeling better.

My sister just so happens to make three desserts for Christmas: pumpkin pie, apple pie and cheesecake. They are all so good.
