Re: Wow, this is a good un

Thank you, dear Aba brother. Yes, you are completely right, life is a mystery to live and it takes us on a journey. We should be willing to walk the walk life has mapped out for us and perhaps along the way we learn what you have just said. It is indeed, another one for the Journey of the (Almost) Absurd! Many thanks and many thanks for your wonderful post about the origins of the universe.

Pat, thank you.

I'm glad you liked it. Yes, it's completely true. Some things just work like that and we never know.

Re: CCT

No, not often. I have never heard of it happening before in my life. I'm glad something good came of something so horrid. Thank you.

Re: FSI

Yes, it is something one would never think of happening. It is funny how life does work out. Thank you.

Re: Good afternoon Sherry. Thank you.

I'm glad you med John when things were bad for you, and against all odds. I was pleased to share the story. I had just learned how they had met last week from my sister. She said, "Didn't you know that?" Uh, no, I didn't but I'm glad to have learned it.

Re: Kabu Dear - Thank you.

Yes, it is absolutely a true story. This cousin had to have a repair surgery about 5 years ago from when the doc botched the job, she said. I'm so sorry you had to endure the diagnosis and surgery, and worse yet a man who treated you so coldly and cruelly. I also am so thankful and glad that you are here to have proved him so very wrong. I love it when good wins out! You deserve much happiness, as does everyone here.

What a wonderful true story. Thank you  this is so uplifting. I am really happy it is a true story. I have just one breast and the man in my life at the time said he could treat me how he liked, no one was going to want a fat old woman of 50 with just one breast. Well since then there was Wiley who loved me for who I am and now Jim who wants me the person. he cannot have sex but we don't care. We are loving friends.

Good afternoon

Things like this happen all of the time. Against all odds, I was in the middle of a shit show when I met John 37 years ago. I am just so happy that you shared this true story. I hope that they see twenty-five more years together.

It's funny how life works out. Who would have ever thought during treatments something good could come out of it? As the old saying goes, God makes them, and God puts them together.

Not something that happens often. What else could one wish for.

I like this story - the irony, the ultimate happy ending, the tough

and admirable woman at the center. Sometimes there's actually a payoff. The fact that it's true makes it even better.

Wow, this is a good un

How fate makes one to gravitate towards its destination. After all, Life is a mystery to be lived; not a problem to be solved. Loved the 'absurdity' ha ha ...
