Today is our hottest day so far, and I believe more dry heat is on the way. I don't mind dry heat it is when it is hot and humid I can't manage easily.

I'm really tired of the extreme heat, the constant news of forest fires,
unhealthy or toxic air pollution levels, etc. With family living all over the country, there's always someone in a danger zone. I hope you stay cool and there are no adverse effects on you or your fur baby during this hot spell.

I keep saying it but this is the coolest July here for years. I expect in time folk will try to take holidays in cool times if they exist.

We're looking at full relief on Sunday. It looks like in Maryland's case, the storms we are getting are just making it hotter.
