It must be awful to think one is breathing in smokey air.
We used to experience it when the farmers burned the straw
after harvest. Thank goodness that is not allowed now.
We have a Homeserve here I do have it for water.
They keep trying to get me to sign up for Electricity
but I generally use a local man. My brother said
it will be a test of our fans this coming weekend
as the forecast is hot.

It seems like it's one thing after the other with different home appliances. It keeps a person on one's toes.

Your air quality - according to the weather channel - is going to get
worse before it gets better, and those wildfires in Canada are still going hot. The jet stream is bringing the smoke way south - even here in the greater St. Louis area and down into Georgia. If you've still got your face mask from the Covid era, it might help to wear it any time you're outdoors. I'm guessing your puppy will grow out of her habit of jumping and will settle down before too long.

Sadie is still a baby so I am thinking yes she may need some more lessons. You do have rotten luck with your appliances. it is ridiculous what one pays aonly to have something go wrong.

Good morning
It's a cool 68 degrees here today too. Our rain is expected on Monday, but we will be at the beach and away from the smoky haze and the rain. That is an expensive hot water heater. It should definitely not be having issues. Thank goodness for insurance. We bought a new hot water heater back in 2016. So far it has held out. The million and one issues that go with owning a house can be seriously stressful. That's great that it will be back up and running for you today.
