Always interesting, to learn how life reacts in different countries. I always wonder why you apply for different jobs? If you wonder if your present occupation might one day run its course.

Good morning
I also enjoy reading about your employees and the carwash business. Well, at least he has a home to return to when he retires. As far as his kids not being good employees and his issue with being demoted at the school, it sounds as though there may be some need for improvement in the work arena for that family. Kids oftentimes do follow their parent's lead.
