I guess it would make me anxious if i was starting a job with people who were all so far ahead of me in what the job needed from me. You are very perspective to other's feelings.

You may be onto something. A lot of people suffer from social anxiety issues and do better when they work alone. Hopefully, it all works out for all involved.
