The technology I feel most intimidated by are self-driving cars. I just can't trust a computer not to crash.

Yes it takes a bit of an effort at times to keep abreast of youthful appliances.
But I bet you could skin a rabbit, well get the innards out of a chicken. Build a fire and
make some toast it is all relative to what we really need. I don't see a nice young
blonde coming my way, thank goodness.

Good morning
Having a positive attitude about the things that give us issues is the healthy way of going about it, and you're doing an amazing job of that. Technology is not easy to understand because it changes each year. Keeping up with the constant change is not easy, but at least you're trying.
