Ah yes - I beliieve that part of aging's blessing is to let go of the obligations and doing exactly what we feel like doing on a pretty regular basis. We've earned it!!

Don't fret, It is normal to feel a bit fragile at times. I felt like that yesterday but I
had to go to the dentist. He said there is not a big sale for gold teeth., but I sold him
a couple of mine.
