I only go out to eat about once a month anymore. But that's okay. I like to mess around in the kitchen with lots of fresh veggies and things. Except, I can't seem to eat up the stuff. I end up freezing packets of stuff and then cook more.

Sherri, it all sounds good to me. I think eating out is so expensive but I did tell the kids I want to go out at least a couple times during the month. They all agreed that it was a good plan.
