I feel Dad's anger because of the months of time we have been so inconvenienced with the Kitchen. Mostly it is a boiling over of frustration. besides, some employees are just not as good as others.

Sadly as folk become older they do lose it at times. Although I do remember my Dad and myself shouting at each other when things went wrong.
