Re: CCT
My Son "Preacher" and his grown Son and Son-in-Law did all the removing of the old cabinets and flooring and everything and cleaned it up good for them. All they had to do was put in the new stuff.

I expect there are usually too many jobs on the books. It probably is a hard job to refuse business. Of course Covid may have slowed progress. I suppose the wise thing to do would be to get everything stacked in the garage before they even start.Â

Good afternoon
That seems like an awful long time to me. My parents had their kitchen gutted and a brand new kitchen installed in two months. A kitchen remodel should not take longer than three weeks, but it really does depend on the contracting company doing the job. Many of them have small crews who have multiple construction jobs to finish. One of the reasons that I know this is that two of my brother-in-laws own a construction company.

Pretty much. Before COVID, there were a lot of poor contractors. Contractors would do shoddy work or do the work on their own time or would skip out on the job permanently.Â
