A rainy, wet, cloudy, and cold day today. I haven't gone outside for a thing. Nor have I felt obliged to get much done inside. Winter is getting to my bones. LOL

Good morning
I immediately thought of the Seven Dwarfs as well. As for cooking, I don't always follow recipes either. I love to improvise and make it my own, but having a few standard measurements helps to not overpower on some of the ingredients.

I think we had the same kind of day. I find that recipe improv doesn't
always produce the result I hoped for. But usually I can still eat my mistakes. I hope you're happier with the day today and how it goes.

I think one has to do things straight away or another one jumps in before one can
say, what was the other thing I was going to do? You are doing O.K. so don't worry.
This is my last call this morning I am now going out to do something in a
greenhouse. My brother who lives nearbye is not in a very good mood so I shall just
wait until he regains his momentum. I cannot knock him on the head as he cooks
the dinner. Keep smiling,
