I love it when my team wins! I saw that the Chiefs won - here's hoping they will go the full stretch this year. I've quit watching the news for a bit and also stopped looking at most of the rescue sites. A respite is needed - it was keeping me from sleeping just thinking about all the misery out there.

It is good to take an interest in things one enjoys. We have to keep on top of
