It is always a pain to get complete satisfaction in any business deal. I suppose one has to just get on with it, rather than spending money to get a possible better deal.

I was just trying to read posts here and watch a movie on tv at the same time. Just as I was reading your post, someone on the movie said, "He just took his case to the wrong people (talking about a business failure)." Did you ever have a feeling you did that in your carwash business?
