It sounds like you are going to wear yourself out even before you guest arrives. Take care. Worn out is more conducive to catching flu and stuff like that. We don't want that.

The family lives in Issaquah, but we will spend the weekend at their beach house at Ocean Shores. I am so looking forward to the moist air!

I do hope that you have a good journey. My sister bought me a really long hot water
bottle, a Christmas present . I have not tried it yet encase I get torrid dreams.

I miss Seattle at times, even the rain. I miss the scent of the ocean,
the sound of foghorns out in Puget Sound, the bustle of the Public Market, the original Seattle's Best coffee shops, the view of the Olympics from the city bus as I was on my way to work from Beacon Hill to the avant garde district Capitol Hill where Seattle Central College is located. From that 4th floor office, we had a view of the downtown, the harbor, and all points west. Loved it.
