- Go to Walmart in 1964...No Pajamas...Only Rebellious Housewives Without Scarves
I never went to Walmart that far back. Back then we did our shopping at Sears Roebuck or Montgomery Ward out of their catalogues and we got groceries at Safeway. Now and then we'd go downtown and shop at Kresges that later became Kmart. I used curlers a lot but I never went shopping in them.

Ha, I used to wear rollers to bed back then but NEVER away from the house.
