Relax, pick up your laptop or whatever you write on and just start typing. Pick a subject you know a lot about but still research your subject as you go along. but the important thing is to write.maybe it won't be the beginning of your article or book but write every day until it begins to develope into something you can share on the net or in a book. you can really do this.
