I do understand. I use it for photos and yesterday one daughter said to me jokingly that she saw that I came armed with my phone!

I understand perfectly. One time while nursing I left my family for several hours and drovw to my job and said mMrry Christmas with a hug to them all. That wasn't necessary and a time when my family needed me.

Yes one has to learn to relax, mostly things are never as bad as they could be.
