I got Bronchitis for Thanksgiving once as a kid. It was horrible! Glad its been a long time for you, too.

Oh, I feel for you as a kid. It's awful to be sick during the holidays. I usually was always sick for Halloween.

it was just too much for a little boy i believe and teenagers are growing as well which reduces their imune system. You were entitled to get over excited but a shame you got sick.

FSI, I'm sorry to read that you used to get sick around the holidays but I hope you remain healthy during the upcoming holidays. I've read that when we eat a lot of sugar it lowers our resistance but I don't know that for sure. I hope you have a good day.

Good morning
Wearing the body out can be a factor when you add in the germs that are found on just about every surface that we touch. I don't usually get sick unless I go to the store or the casino where the slot buttons are pummeled with germs. The grocery store is a haven of gross germs due to everyone touching everything from buggies to the conveyer belt. I try to do the self serve followed by wiping my hands down with antibacterial wipes.
