Dear Sis,

I enjoy your comments on my blog. ...  rather take pleasure. In slumber too, the self - I gets relinquished. One doesn't know whether one is a man or a woman, rich or poor, happy or sad, young or old etc. A great leveler, that sleep. it is therefore one wakes up refreshed, rejuvenated. Were someone to know or relinquish the self in consciousness, imagine the kind of transformation one will undergo - it is transcendenting Time, a new world opens up ... yoga is precisely this very same experience, and experience alone is first hand knowing. Then one doesn't have to remember.

Yes, this my family has said. I enjoyed reading your post. It did, in parts, remind me a bit of some of a Deepak Chopra lecture. Your post gives new meaning to the saying, "Ignorance is Bliss" (as well as wisdom).

To relinquish the self, yes. Well done. Thank you. May I continue to attain the knowledge to know and remember that I know nothing.

If one was not aware of the here and now It would be a job to define most things.

These concepts are really challenging for me to try to grasp and even more so to try and get myself into being.
