That is frustrating!! I had the same problem when I changed my internet modem - the comcast wasn't recognizing the signal anymore. Thankfully my youngest son is very adept with that kind of thing, and after spending half an hour on it, things are working again.

Nothing ever seems to run smoothly one a change is made. Our phone service was moved to the Internet chaos.

Good Morning
FSI, I hope you can get everything back up and running without too much trouble. Thankfully you have a technician coming to fix your box. When we had cable we went through this a few times. A couple times it was our remote and we had to go to Spectrum and get another remote. We now have Hulu and I love it. Once we set it up it's been working ever since then. I highly recommend streaming services. We have saved a lot of money since we switched to Hulu. I'm glad your Mom can be at your place to let the technician in because you would have to stay home.
