Good afternoon
Rain is a real outdoor party killer. I was in Salem, MA during Halloween where thousands of trick-or-treaters walked from business to business in every imaginable costume.

Same here! I never in my life saw such a thing! My one daughter didn't get any kids come by either but my other daughter did. And it wasn't even raining here...

Such a deep seated fun evening in American society. It is sad to see it disappearing but yes, rain would certainly ruin ghe evening.

Good Morning
FSI, I'm sure the kids that were trick-or-treating in your Mom's neighborhood were wet and tired by the time they got home. I think the treats were well worth it though. I miss having trick-or-treaters. I really do like to give out candy.
