Blogit seems quiet today.
Jim is King of the Coupons and we have a few for the Golden Coral which is conveniently close to us. We were there about 9.30 this-morning and it was very crowded.Some people can eat an amazing amount of food when it is each as much as you like. The food is decent and there is a big choice. to me it is one of those places that is always there if one wants to go out rather than cook something but don't want to eat money!!We are trying to be careful with money as the kitchen adds more and more of"well that will have to cost more".
I am having a line of cabinets along one wall that will be the pantry. Now I have found out with Jim if there is a flat surface he will put something on it!! Can't help himself or so it seems so these Cabinets are going to have glass above them so that I can put treasures into them. I don't want too many high shelves because I am too short to reach anything so the idea is the glass shelves I can stand on a step ladder to arrange into stories of little people and animals and knick knacks.
Jim told the Contractor not to forget to have them lit so we can light them up to enjoy properly ...." Well of course that will cost more."

Nice to get an update on the magic ones, and know they're soon
going to be all snugged in for the winter. So clever to use the birds' nests and keep cozy during the cold months. There may be the sound of a magic flute before the party-goers settle down for a long winter's nap.

Kabu, I'm so glad that you are getting your yard ready for winter. It's nice to have a day to do whatever you'd like to do including taking a nice long nap. My gnomes have their winter beds made up in the back room with all the blankets and pillows they need. I think Terrence has 6 pillows on his bed. What can I say he likes pillows. My little fairies have their beds ready for winter. I bought all new blankets for everyone and they sleep near a heater to be toasty warm. It was a long hot summer and I think they can all use a long winter's rest.

I can hardly stay awake, I wish I could crawl into a birds nest and wake up in spring.
I think I will have a glass of wine because it is rude to keep yawning as I write this.
I suppose as long as one finger works one can type be gentle with me./
