I sing that with Little Flea. Were the workmen supposed to be there today? Is this another lax moment/poor excuse on their part?

I remember in music class doing a round to that song as well. You would have kids who would trying to throw off the groups.

I’m leaving flowers for you today. It’s all I can do.

Good Afternoon

Kabu, thanks for the smile today.  I love the flowers!  They are beautiful.

Good afternoon

Hopefully, you won't be rowing that boat as you try to sleep tonight. Those musical earworms are relentless.

I also attended a very small school during 7th Grade...

It was a 3-room schoolhouse with several grades taught in each room, and in a very rural area - lots of dairy and hay farms along that stretch of country road. I don't know how teachers keep track of all the lessons when they're covering so many grades. I can only guess the little ones got some advanced lessons for their age group.

I love this!  In my family when I was a child, we were always singing rounds and mom sang with us:  Row, Row, Row your Boat, Scotland's Burning, Frere Jaques, Three Blind Mice, Kookabura, and my personal favorite:  White Coral Bells.
