I am not a fan of self-checkout; in fact, I refuse to use one. I'll do business at a smaller Mom & Pop store, even if things are slightly more expensive, where service is still with a smile and polite.

i find most assistants in shops this day get offended and upset and angry with customers very quickly. It used to be sssssthat the customer was always right when I had my coffee shops.

Good Afternoon
FSI, this sounds like another example of a sign of the times. Everything used to be so different. For the most part, the customer service was good, and the supervisors ensured everything ran smoothly. I'm not sure what is going on now but it seems like a free-for-all. I see it every time I go shopping. The cashiers are grumpy and the funny thing is if I run into a nice person I'm so excited because I'm used to cashiers with an attitude. The pride in a job well done seems to be missing and I wonder if it's because the stress level in the world is so high right now. I'm not sure what will happen but I don't think we are going anywhere good. I can only hope the elections turn out for the people and the war with Ukraine will end soon.

Bad customer service really has become a new trend. Speaking of bad, donuts and M&M's for breakfast is as naughty as it gets.
